The Integrity Data Hub (IDH) is a secure, robust, centralized, multi-state data system that allows participating state UI agencies to cross-match UI claims against a database of information associated with known or potentially fraudulent claims or overpayments.  

The IDH Certificate program is designed to familiarize state IDH users, state IT staff and UI agency administrators in how the IDH operates, how to manage the results generated through the cross-matches, and why this important tool is a necessary part of state fraud identification and prevention strategies.
