Description
The Unemployment Insurance (UI) Benefit Accuracy Measurement (BAM) system provides a method for assessing the accuracy of UI payments. It’s also a diagnostic tool for states in identifying errors, the root causes of those errors, correcting them, and tracking solutions on the payment inaccuracies.
This curriculum is divided into two focuses: Investigator and Supervisor.
- For the Investigator Certificate, it takes approximately 13 hours to complete all the lessons plus a 4-day, 4 hours each day virtual class.
- For the Supervisor Certificate, it takes approximately 10 hours to complete all the lessons plus some SQL labor exercises.
The training is targeted at new BAM Investigators, BAM Supervisors, and anyone in the agency who would like a basic understanding of the BAM program.
