Description
The Unemployment Insurance (UI) Data Validation (DV) program allows states to achieve a level of confidence that the information in the required reports sent to USDOL are accurate. Since USDOL uses reported information for economic statistics, state administrative funding and staffing, and performance measures, it is important that UI information is reported accurately and uniformly.
This curriculum has an overview lesson, occasionally instructor-led training, and resource documents. Individuals interested in additional information, can also check out USDOL’s UI DV Information Center at https://oui.doleta.gov/dv/.
The training is targeted at DV validators and anyone in the agency who would like an understanding of the DV program.
