Learn how to engage the agency by developing a shared vision, addressing change and uncertainty, and using tools and techniques to help the agency evolve towards digital transformation.

Audience: This training is designed for leaders across the workforce system and professionals in the ecosystem with interest or responsibility to learn more about and take on digital transformation.

Recommended Prerequisite: Urgency of Workforce System Digital Transformation (WITSC 2)

Learning Objectives: This online curriculum is designed to support the agency in moving towards digital transformation in the workforce system. The training helps learners: 

• Realize the value and attributes of a digitally transformed government and the factors that shape worker resistance to change
• Understand the importance of building positive engagement within the agency workforce
• Assess the current state of technology and understand ways to design an approach to integrate it into the organization

Earning a Certificate of Completion: This certificate includes multiple lessons that can be taken individually or as a whole program of study. Learners earn a certificate completion by completing all lessons in the program of study.
